1. How long does delivery take?

All our lighting is made to order, and delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks. If you need something sooner, let us know, and we’ll see what’s possible.

2. Can I see the lights in person?

2. Yes! You can book an appointment-only visit to our showroom in Amsterdam or see our pieces on display at Buren in Bussum, where you can enjoy great coffee, food, or wine while exploring our collection.

3. What if I don’t have an electrical point for a wall light?

No problem! We can provide wall lights with a cord and on/off switch at no extra cost. Just let us know when ordering.

4. Do I need a special installer for my chandelier?

Our chandeliers are heavy, so we recommend consulting a certified installer to ensure your ceiling can support the weight.

5. What finishes are available for the metal structures?

Our default finish is chrome with patina, but we also offer:

  • Painted old gold with patina (€60 for wall sconces, €200 for chandeliers).
  • Galvanized brass (patina will develop over time, price on request as it is different for every piece).

6. Can you help me choose the perfect lighting for my space?

Absolutely! We love receiving pictures of your home and thinking along with you to find the perfect chandelier, wall light, or complete lighting plan—at no extra cost.

1. Welcome to ARLUCI

At ARLUCI, we create statement lighting that transforms spaces. Every piece is handcrafted in Murano, Italy, blending tradition with bold design. Before placing an order, please review our terms below.

2. Ordering & Shipping

a. All orders are processed through our webshop and shipped via DHL or FedEx.

3. Handcrafted & Made to Order

a. Our lights are not just products—they’re art. Each piece is handmade in Venice, Italy, ensuring the highest quality Murano glass craftsmanship.

b. Custom-made pieces are final sale. Since they’re made just for you, they cannot be returned.

4. Returns & Exchanges

a. Not a custom order? You can return it within 14 days. Just email hello@arluci.com to start the process.

b. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Cancellation

a. We reserve the right to cancel orders if necessary.

b. If there’s a pricing or listing error, we’ll correct it and get in touch.

6. Shipping Timelines

a. Every ARLUCI piece is crafted, packed, and shipped with care. Estimated delivery times are guidelines, not guarantees.

7. Pricing & Additional Costs

a. All prices are listed in Euro (€).

b. If delivery is delayed due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, any extra costs are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Delivery Details

a. Murano glass deserves extra care. To protect your lighting, we ship in parts for safe transport.

b. Delivery is curbside, meaning your order will be delivered to the closest accessible point at your address.
