Hi, I’m Annemieke Denters, an artist and designer from Amsterdam. My love for Murano glass started in my own home—searching for statement lighting that felt both bold and timeless. When I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for, I started creating it myself. One chandelier turned into another, and soon, I was working with Venetian artisans to bring unique Murano pieces to life.

My background in art taught me to experiment, but when I tried glassblowing at art academy, I quickly realized that Murano glass is something else entirely. It’s not just a material—it’s centuries of tradition, passed down through generations of Venetian masters. Watching them work, I developed an even deeper respect for the craft, and I knew I wanted to be part of this story.

Now, I create lighting that blends bold design with true craftsmanship. Every piece is made to order, thoughtfully designed to bring personality, warmth, and a touch of the unexpected into a space
